Our Menu and Food
All food at Jerk at Nite is 100% Halal and made fresh daily with no MSG and no preservatives. Menu items are subject to availability and may change without notice. We do our best to keep the website and online ordering platforms updated, but item availability at each location may vary. If you have specific dietary needs or allergies, please inform us before placing your order. While we take great care in the kitchen, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

Online Ordering
We offer online ordering through third-party platforms including DoorDash, Grubhub, Uber Eats, Toast, and direct pickup. Each platform operates under its own terms of service and policies. Jerk at Nite is not responsible for delays, errors, or issues that occur through those platforms. For the most accurate and up-to-date menu and pricing, always order through the platform listed on our website for your chosen location.

Pickup and Delivery
Pickup and delivery availability depends on your selected location and platform. Estimated wait times are provided as a guide and may vary based on order volume. Jerk at Nite is not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery drivers or services. If you experience an issue with a delivery order, please contact the relevant platform directly.

Catering Services
Catering requests must be submitted in advance through our catering inquiry form or by contacting us directly. All catering orders are confirmed only after you receive written confirmation from our team. We require a minimum notice period for all catering bookings, which varies based on order size and event type. Cancellations or changes must be submitted within the agreed timeframe to avoid a cancellation fee. Full catering terms will be provided at the time of booking.

Private Events
Private event bookings are available at select locations and are subject to availability. All events must be confirmed in writing with a signed agreement and deposit where applicable. Jerk at Nite reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative date or issue a refund of your deposit. Event guests are expected to follow all venue rules and conduct themselves respectfully. We reserve the right to remove any guest who engages in disruptive or harmful behavior without a refund.

Reservations
Table reservations are currently available at our Baltimore HQ location through OpenTable. All other locations operate on a walk-in basis. Reservation slots are limited and subject to availability. Please note that a reservation does not guarantee immediate seating if your party arrives significantly late. We recommend arriving on time to hold your table.

Payments and Refunds
All in-person and online orders must be paid at the time of purchase. Prices displayed on our website and ordering platforms are subject to change. Refunds for in-person dining are handled on a case-by-case basis. For online orders, refund requests must be submitted through the platform you ordered from, as those platforms manage their own refund policies. If you have an issue with a catering or private event payment, please contact us directly.

Gift Cards and Promotions
Any gift cards, discount codes, or promotional offers issued by Jerk at Nite are valid only under the conditions stated at the time of issuance. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time. Offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
