Tings to ensure your catering experience goes smoothly

1. All catering orders are Pick-up Only during the following times:
Pick-up on Tuesday-Thursdays are from 12pm-9pm
Pick-up on Fridays are from 12pm-7pm
Pick-up on Saturdays are from 4pm-10pm
Pick-up on Sundays are from 4pm-10pm 

You may pick up your order at either of our locations: 1100 H street NE OR 2149 Queens Chapel Rd. NE

2. Please indicate whether you would like a full or half tray, per item ordered. Our half trays feed approximately 10 to 14 people, and our large trays feed approximately 15 to 20 people

3. We ask that all orders up to $500.00 be placed with at minimum a 72-hour notice in advance of the event date to ensure ingredients and food availability. All orders totaling over $500, we ask for at least five (5) calendar days notice from the event date.

4. You may pay in full or place a 35% deposit to secure our services. The 35% deposit must be rendered at least 7 business days in advance of your event. If the event is booked within 7 days, payment in full is required. Once your menu has been finalized, you will receive an emailed invoice which can be paid directly online at your convenience.

5. Once your 50% deposit or full payment has been received, your order will be added to our event schedule and the date will be secured. We accept business checks, cashier's checks and money orders, as well as cash in-store at either of our locations. We request that any business checks be rendered 10 business days in advance of the event to ensure check clearance.

We are also able to provide a full Buffet Cutlery Package for $10/per person at the request of the host. The buffet package includes the following items:

- Sternos (a small open flame burner to keep foods warm).
- You will recieve two (2) sternos per full tray, or one (1) sterno per half tray
- Note: The average burn time per sterno is 2 hours)
- Napkins: 2-ply material
- Heavy Duty Paper Plates
- Premium Plastic Cutlery (knives and forks)
- Plastic Serving Utensils
